Dosage:
Adults: 2-3ml, 1-3x day. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for 3 weeks.
For best results, place drops directly into mouth and follow with water or drink of choice. Create an adaptogen beverage by adding the Adaptogenic Drops to your favourite smoothie, tea or coffee.
When adding the drops to hot liquid, we suggest waiting until the liquid is at a drinkable temperature (well below boiling) before adding the drops, this will prevent jeopardizing any therapeutic qualities of the herbs.
